In a deep mountain surrounded by clouds and mist, there is an ancient Taoist temple. Although the temple has endured the baptism of years, it still exudes a kind of serene and mysterious atmosphere. Here lives an esteemed old Taoist priest named Xuanqing.

Xuanqing has dedicated his entire life to researching the method of circulating qi. Since he was young, he has had a strong interest in Taoist doctrines. Over the years, he has traveled to famous mountains and great rivers and visited various masters to continuously explore and comprehend the mysteries of circulating qi. In his heart, qi is the origin of all things in the universe and the fundamental force of life. Through the method of circulating qi, people can communicate with heaven and earth and nature and reach a state of physical and mental harmony and transcendence.

Every morning, Taoist Priest Xuanqing gets up early and comes to the mountain forest behind the Taoist temple. Facing the rising sun, he calms his mind and circulates qi. He closes his eyes, feeling the warmth of the sunlight on his face and breathing the fresh air, allowing the natural breath to flow slowly into his body. As he breathes, qi flows within his body like an invisible river, nourishing every cell of his. His face is calm and serene, as if integrating with the surrounding nature.

By chance, Taoist Priest Xuanqing met a child named Xiaoming. Xiaoming is intelligent and kind-hearted and full of curiosity about the world. When he saw Taoist Priest Xuanqing circulating qi in the mountain forest, his heart was filled with curiosity and longing. He couldn't help but step forward and ask Taoist Priest Xuanqing about the art of circulating qi. Looking at Xiaoming's eyes full of longing, Taoist Priest Xuanqing was moved. He felt that this child had special talent and destiny.

So, Taoist Priest Xuanqing decided to take Xiaoming as his disciple and pass on to him the method of circulating qi that he had learned throughout his life. Xiaoming was very happy. With respect and gratitude, he bowed to Taoist Priest Xuanqing as his teacher. From then on, Xiaoming followed Taoist Priest Xuanqing to study the art of circulating qi in the Taoist temple.

Taoist Priest Xuanqing was very patient and meticulous in his teaching of Xiaoming. He first explained the basic thoughts and concepts of Taoism to Xiaoming, letting him understand that the fundamental of the method of circulating qi lies in following nature and being in harmony with heaven and earth. Then, he began to teach Xiaoming how to adjust his breathing, relax his body and mind, and feel the flow of natural breath within his body. Taoist Priest Xuanqing told Xiaoming that the method of circulating qi needs to be experienced with the heart and cannot be rushed. Only in a state of inner peace and concentration can one truly feel the existence and power of qi.

Xiaoming studied very hard. Every day, he would practice according to Taoist Priest Xuanqing's teachings. During the practice, he encountered many difficulties and challenges. Sometimes, he would feel short of breath and unable to relax his body; sometimes, he would feel restless and unable to concentrate. However, Xiaoming did not give up. He always persevered and constantly adjusted his state. Taoist Priest Xuanqing also encouraged him and gave him guidance and help all the time.

As time passed, Xiaoming gradually grasped the essentials of the method of circulating qi. He could feel the flow of qi within his body and could use the power of qi to regulate his body and mind. His body became healthier and his mind became calmer and stronger. Xiaoming was full of confidence and love for the art of circulating qi. He decided to pass on this magical skill and help more people in need.

Under the guidance of Taoist Priest Xuanqing, Xiaoming began to leave the Taoist temple and help those in need. He came to the village and used qi circulation to treat sick old people and help them recover their health; he came to the school and explained the method of circulating qi to the children, letting them learn how to relax their bodies and minds and improve their learning efficiency; he came to the disaster area and used qi circulation to pray for the affected people, bringing them hope and strength. Xiaoming's good deeds were widely praised and respected by people, and he became a hero in people's hearts.

However, Xiaoming did not become complacent because of his achievements. He knew that he still had many shortcomings and many areas that needed to be learned and improved. He continued to follow Taoist Priest Xuanqing to study and continuously explore and innovate the method of circulating qi. He hoped to carry forward this ancient skill and let more people benefit.

With Xiaoming's efforts, the method of circulating qi was widely spread and inherited. More and more people began to learn the art of circulating qi. They felt the magical power of qi and also experienced the profoundness of Taoist thought. Xiaoming became a famous master of circulating qi, and his name spread all over the country.

But Xiaoming always remembered his original intention and mission. He knew that the method of circulating qi is not only a skill but also a spirit and belief. He hoped to let more people understand and accept Taoist thought through his efforts and make the world a better place.

On a sunny day, Xiaoming returned to the Taoist temple to visit his master, Taoist Priest Xuanqing. Taoist Priest Xuanqing looked at Xiaoming, his eyes full of relief and pride. He knew that his efforts were not in vain. Xiaoming had become an excellent Taoist disciple and had passed on the method of circulating qi.

Xiaoming knelt in front of Taoist Priest Xuanqing and said gratefully, "Master, thank you for your teaching and cultivation. Without you, I might never have come into contact with the method of circulating qi and would not be who I am now. I will definitely continue to work hard and pass on the method of circulating qi to help more people."

Taoist Priest Xuanqing nodded with a smile and said, "Good boy, you have done very well. The method of circulating qi is a treasure of Taoism. We have the responsibility to pass it on. I hope you can remain true to your original intention and always keep a kind and compassionate heart and bring more light and hope to the world."

From then on, Xiaoming continued to spread the method of circulating qi in the world and interpret Taoist thought and spirit with his actions. His story became a legend, inspiring countless people to pursue truth, kindness and beauty. And under his inheritance, the method of circulating qi continues to flourish and bring infinite possibilities to the future of humanity.
